Our tasting notes for Caribbean
Nose : Nez aux notes fruitées et épicées à la fois, tout en pureté et élégance aromatique, vierge de rajout.
Palate : En bouche des premiers arômes de jus de canne à sucre, frais et capiteux à la fois. Puis des notes de fruits exotiques et crêpes au rhum.
Finish : Enfin d’épices, de girofle, de cèdre, d’orange amère confite ; une touche de cuir et d’ananas sont également présentes. Finale fraîche sur le clou de girofle, le gingembre et la réglisse.
La Compagnie des Indes
Compagnie des Indes rums are made with care and elegance. The idea was born from the Portuguese, English, Dutch and French East India companies of the seventeenth and eighteenth centuries, which selected rare commodities from distant lands and imported them into their respective countries. Like the latter, we select the best qualities of rum and import them in France. Compagnie des Indes rums, whether bottled in Single Casks or assembled to bring out the typicality and qualities of each destination, are selected with great rigor.
