The gustatory adventure begins with Michel Couvreur, master whisky bottler, who presents his very first rum. Made from a blend of equal parts between the 11-year-old 2012 Martinique rum and the 2015 Marie Galante rum, distilled by the mysterious Poisson distillery, this elixir is 8 years old. Bottled on June 06, 2023, this marvel is unfiltered, thus retaining its purest essence, with a natural alcohol content of 52%.

Michel Couvreur is an independent bottler of Scotch whisky whose ageing cellars are located in Bouze-lès-Beaune, Burgundy. This maestro of blending and maturing considers that "90% of the quality of a whisky comes from the barrel, and only 10% from the distillation process"
