Notes of dirt roads burned by the sun, trodden by those who work the land, who live from it and love it. Foliage, or rather straw of late summer wheat. Then, scents of custard, coffee powder and nutmeg. On the palate, as if in the footsteps of a farmer returning from the fields to his humble home, spicy notes and sea tones alternate with notes of pastry cream, peanut butter and hazelnut. All punctuated by a constant rhythm like the noise of people at work, to whom we dedicate this 2018 edition, the edition of our fiftieth Caribbean Blend. Enjoy!
