From the prestigious Hampden and Bielle distilleries, here is a perfect harmony between 9 and 6 year old rums, distilled in Pot Still and Column Still and aged in bourbon barrels. This 50° creation offers a rich and complex sensory experience. Imagine a first nose of citrus marmalade, supported by the sweetness of brown sugar and the warmth of roasted pineapple. On the palate, the melody continues, balancing acidity, bitterness, sweetness and salinity. From egg cream to fresh cane, each note dances elegantly with the others.
