Nose : Les notes tropicales, la goyave, la feuille de curry, se fondent à celles plus classiques du zeste et du fruit à noyau bien mûr. Le cacao et les épices torréfiées viennent compléter le tout.
Palate : La vinosité est tonique, la richesse initiale grandit et s'affirme, plus physique, solide et structurée. L'allonge est remarquable, vaguement réglissée et sur l’amer juteux de l'orange sanguine.
Finish : persistance minérale, iodée, saline
