Recognized as one of the best XOs in the world, Courvoisier XO Impérial is a blend of mature Grandes Champagnes, a touch of Petites Champagnes and some venerable Borderies, aged for at least two decades to allow the aromas to reach a perfect balance.
Balanced aromas for perfect harmony A cognac rich in aromas is a cognac that develops a lot of finesse. The terroir, the vines, the barrels and the years of maturation are all elements that define the specificities of each of these aromas and that is why we bring at each stage of the elaboration of our cognacs all the care necessary for their exaltation. The quality of Courvoisier cognacs is recognized worldwide and regularly rewarded at various international spirits competitions (IWSR, San Francisco Spirits Competition...)
Iris The characteristic iris fragrance of carefully selected cognacs is enhanced by aging in our wet cellars on the edge of Charente and under the warm Cognac sun.
Crème brûlée The burning of the inside of our barrels, the result of the know-how of our coopers, generates notes of vanilla and caramel, which evolve over time to recall the sweetness of a crème brûlée.
Candied orange Obtained after several years of aging in oak barrels, the fruity aromas of candied orange develop intensely.
