Nose : Balsam, marjoram, sage, thyme, morel mushrooms, moss, acorns, rhododendrons, wood smoke, autumn leaves, grass, Mirabelle plums, peach cobbler, apples, tangerines, milk chocolate truffles and vinyl

Palate : Very soft mouthfeel with lashings of flavour, including oak, tangerines, raspberries, peach cobbler, spiced plum tart, balsam, beeswax, chai tea, sage, lemon thyme, chocolate mint bombe, and tahini

Finish : A tangerine topped cheesecake with a base washed down with chai tea
