Grosperrin N°67 Grande Champagne
This one is one of them. It was stored for many years in a small cask of ten hectoliters placed in a small cellar on clay before integrating our cellars, where it remained housed in barrels of 350 liters after a slight reduction in February 2016.
Our tasting notes for N°67 Grande Champagne
Nose : Nez dense et complet, épices, rancio, pruneaux, fleurs séchées.
Palate : Bouche délicate et huileuse, légères notes de sous-bois, de chocolat amer. Beau développement, avec beaucoup d’élégance.
Finish : La finale est généreuse et riche, bien équilibrée, typique d’une belle Grande Champagne. Un très beau Cognac, aussi exigeant qu’accessible.
