The 1990 harvest was stored at the state-controlled ORECO from distillation until June 2012, when we became the owner. It has since been stored in one of our cellars, which is closed by a gate and placed under bailiff's seal.

Our tasting notes for 1989 Fins Bois

Nose : Au nez, arômes musqués, vineux (vieux Sémillon), avec un côté ciré doublé de notes acétiques.

Palate : En bouche, attaque gourmande, les premières notes confirment ce nez caractéristique, avec une prédominance de muscade et de réglisse.

Finish : C’est un Cognac à la fois souple et rustique, mais de plus en plus gourmand au vieillissement.
