Nose : Nez dense et riche, soutenu par des notes de vieux Balsamique. Il semble plus vieux que son âge, signe d’un long vieillissement dans un fût « en vidange », ayant provoqué une saine oxydation.
Palate : Bouche onctueuse et très équilibrée, avec déjà du rancio.
Finish : Finale longue et épicée, minérale sur la fin. Un Cognac atypique, déjà évolué.
