This exceptional rum, aged for 6 years in ex-Bourbon casks, is distinguished by a final refinement in barrels that have contained an organic Mokka coffee liqueur, giving this spirit a unique aromatic richness.

A rum with gourmet and complex flavours

The Coloma Alegria reveals a beautiful aromatic palette, where green coffee, mocha and a creamy touch of vanilla are mixed. On the palate, it surprises with its soft texture, combined with notes of dried vanilla and mocha. The finish, on the other hand, is characterized by touches of caramel and spices, prolonging the taste experience with finesse.

An inviting nose and a spicy finish

On the nose, this rum offers aromas of coffee, hazelnuts and mocha, with a spicy finish that ends with nuances of caramel.

Coloma

The history of Coloma rum is intimately linked to that of the Constain family. Although he was recently born thanks to Alberto Constain Cenzano, it all started with his father, Alberto Constain Medina, in 1959. That year, the young entrepreneur became the proud owner of a family country house built in the late nineteenth century in Fusagasugá, in the heart of Colombia.
