This rum from 1980 , which slumbered for 40 years in Bourbon barrels , has developed a pastry profile, with aromas of choux pastry, vanilla, enhanced by woody spices and a hint of hazelnut praline. A finish of character enhances the set of toasted notes, coffee and woody.

In 1751, Severo Arango y Ferro landed in Cartagena de Indias, a port city in Colombia, to develop trade. A man of power, he was quickly baptized on Dictador.
