Chronopost allows next-day delivery as early as the next morning in mainland France! If the carrier is available, it will be offered to you at the beginning and the end of your order in the drop-box with the various delivery options.

Transport Insurance

Free insurance

We are the only ones to offer you FREE transport insurance for shipping your goods. Your order is insured against all damages throughout it’s’ transit by an insurance plan which we subscribe to for all of your parcels.

Optional insurance

In case of loss, we replace your package with a replacement package the same day or we will reimburse you immediately if stocks do not allow it. The insurance is to be subscribed at the time of validating your cart. Read more

Your order must however meet the following conditions:

- The order must be placed and approved before 3pm (Paris time), failing which your order will be given to the carrier the next day

- There must be sufficient quantities of the product or products available in stock

- The payment must be made using a bank card

Predict: You manage your delivery

With Predict, you manage your delivery and your time yourself. You have several rescheduling options for the delivery date and location. You can give your instruction the day before until midnight and also the same day before the scheduled arrival of the driver. You have the following choices:

At home

Rescheduling up to 6 working days including Saturday. Option available the day before and the morning of delivery.

At a neighbor's

Rescheduling up to 6 working days including Saturday. Option available the day before and the morning of delivery.

At pickup store

Rescheduling up to 6 working days including Saturday.
