Transport insurance
We prepare our packages with the best protection and wedging on the market. We systematically insure all our packages. Nevertheless in case of loss or breakage (despite our anti-breakage system this remains possible even if it is very rare). We offer you additional insurance.
What are my guarantees thanks to the complementary insurance?
- In case of loss, replacement of products* or immediate refund.
- In case of product error, we offer you the best deal (ex: you keep the product and we offer you a 10% voucher). If there is a significant difference in value between the product received and the product ordered, we will refund you immediately.
- In case of delay, reimbursement of shipping costs on request.
- If the product is unavailable, we will contact you immediately to find a solution (priority when restocking, equivalent or superior product at the same price).
- The product received is damaged? After you have notified the carrier, we will replace the product* or reimburse you.

Where to subscribe?
In the your cart. The insurance amount is automatically calculated and added to the amount payable.
