click & collect at parisian store

1 - You select your items on the ExcellenceRhum.com website and add them to the basket.

2 - When choosing the type of delivery, you opt for Click & Collect if it is offered.

3 - You validate your purchase and receive an order confirmation email. Your order is then prepared and made available in your favorite store at 16 rue Dauphine in Paris.

4 - Once you have received the availability email and not before, you go to the entrance of your store and provide your order reference and an identity document. Once these parts have been verified, your order will be hand-delivered to you.

Our shop delivers click and collect once a week, usually every Friday. By placing an order no later than Wednesday at 3:30 p.m., your order will be delivered to the store the next day.
In the event of a product only available in store, contact us by telephone on +33 1 85 41 11 20, we will enter your order for you and we will send you a link to secure your payment.
