Chronopost allows next-day delivery as early as the next morning in mainland France! If the carrier is available, it will be offered to you at the beginning and the end of your order in the drop-box with the various delivery options.

Deliveries on Saturdays are available at no extra cost.

Transport Insurance

Free insurance

We are the only ones to offer you FREE transport insurance for shipping your goods. Your order is insured against all damages throughout it’s’ transit by an insurance plan which we subscribe to for all of your parcels.

Optional insurance

In case of loss, we replace your package with a replacement package the same day or we will reimburse you immediately if stocks do not allow it. The insurance is to be subscribed at the time of validating your cart. Read more

No VAT - Custom fees

Once you are connected to our site, with your billing and delivery address entered, the prices of the site and delivery will be displayed excluding VAT. Swiss customs reserves the right to tax your package when entering the territory or through the Swiss carrier, who delivers the goods to you. Please check with the competent authorities in your country.

Weight / Conditions

Prices include customs declarations for destinations where such proceduderes are necessary. Our customer servce holds the right to contact you and request documents (import licence, CNI...) needed for proper shipping of your order. A delay in the processing by the carrier, customs, or administration may occur for some destinations.
