Made from a distillation of molasses in an iron still and cane honey in a column still, this rum has aged in solera for 25 years in American oak barrels ex bourbon barrels and then in sherry barrels. He draws a large aromatic panel in a suave, greedy and almost pastry register. The very light alcohol accentuates the fruity aromas of young rums while over the sips settle spices, caramel and wood. Perfect as a digestive or with a dessert!

The Centenario Distillery is located in Costa Rica, a small country with a tropical climate, located between two oceans. The Centenario rums come from a sugar cane planted at the estate, on volcanic and fertile soils.
