The delicate lines of this Havana Club Maximo decanter are reminiscent of the architecture and decorative arts of Havana, a city renowned for its elegance. Havana Club Máximo is the purest expression of this refinement. The Giraldilla engraved on the crystal represents the symbol that Havana Club proudly shares with the city of Havana.
Havana Club Máximo is handcrafted from rare rums that are extra-old and religiously preserved in an elegant crystal decanter hand-blown by a master glassmaker. This decanter is presented in a sublime precious wood box.

The Havana Club Maximo cuvée was launched in 1999. It is an ultra-premium rum produced by the famous Cuban distillery Havana Club. Maximo is renowned for being one of the finest and most exclusive rums in the Havana Club range, aged in carefully selected casks and limited in quantity. Here is the teaser of the cuvée in video. The latter dates back more than 20 years, which explains the low quality of the latter.
Our tasting notes for Maximo
Nose : Des arômes riches, intenses, persistants, tout en étant délicats. Sa complexité inégalée impressionne, signe d’une maturité ; des notes équilibrées de chêne, de fumée, et des tonalités subtiles de poire fraîche, noix de coco et fruits secs.
Palate : Robuste, tout en exprimant une douceur veloutée. Il est à la fois sec et doux. Son palais boisé transmet une opulence, une cascade de saveurs accentuées par des notes de chocolat noir, de succulents fruits secs et d’une touche de vanille.
Finish : Soutenue avec des notes épicées irrésistibles et une persistance inhabituelle.
