Aged according to the Spanish tradition, this Añejo Blanco is the result of careful maturation, offering a perfect balance between sweetness and intensity. Its filtration process allows it to retain a surprising complexity for a white rum, while displaying great purity.
A delicate and expressive aromatic profile
Its nose opens with sweet and fruity notes, where raspberry evokes the delicacy of a treat. On the palate, after a suave attack, it reveals a beautiful intensity combining floral flavours (violet, lilac) and ripe fruit. The finish stretches elegantly with spicy and peppery touches, offering a nice length. An ideal rum for tasting neat or in a refined cocktail .

The Legendario rums are made in a distillery founded in 1946 in the historic Bocoy district of Havana, which is housed in a building dating back to the 15th century.
