This rum La Compagnie des Indes is distilled in July 1998 and has been aged in a rum cask that has known first Bourbon and then Rum. It was aged in Cuba until December 2002 and then imported to Europe to be aged on site in less tropical climatic conditions and therefore allowing a gentler and more elegant maturation.
