Our tasting notes for

Nose : des arômes de fruits secs et des notes florales qui soulignent la douceur et rappellent le miel, la vanille et le caramel des fûts de Sauternes.

Palate : l’utilisation des fûts de Sauternes pour le finish de Pacto Navio révèle un palais équilibré et rond associant des notes de crème, de cannelle, d’épices et d’agrumes.

Finish : la longueur en bouche de plusieurs minutes, témoigne de la richesse de ce rhum.

Pacto Navio

Pacto Navio pays tribute to the pact of 1815 which restored peace between France and Spain. This treaty marks the return of trade via the "navios", merchant ships, which then took the transatlantic route to reach Cuba, the holds loaded with wine including Sauternes.
