A balanced and expressive blend

With the Great White, the East India Company has signed a white rum combining tradition and modernity. This blend brings together two Dominican rums with complementary profiles: one light, the other more opulent. Made from hand-harvested R-2040 canes, they are bottled without cold filtration in order to preserve all the aromatic richness of the distillate. This care in production offers a pure and versatile spirit, perfectly suited to the creation of refined cocktails.

Tasting notes

On the nose, the Great White unfolds aromas of ripe exotic fruits, sweet spices and toast. On the palate, its round texture reveals a harmonious balance between fruity and spicy notes, supported by a beautiful intensity and a warm finish.
