Tropical ageing of 19 years

Resting in oak barrels, this rum develops deep and harmonious aromas. The influence of the wood is elegant, bringing a beautiful structure without masking the natural delicacy of the spirit.

A bewitching aromatic profile

The nose opens with generous notes of caramel and vanilla, supported by a refined woody base. On the palate, toffee and ginger intertwine with delicate spices, offering a silky and nuanced tasting. The finish, of great softness, stretches for a long time for prolonged pleasure.

Originally, it was Juanillo Oliver who, in the nineteenth century, arrived in Cuba from Spain and founded a company of high quality rums and cigars. In 1963, Oliver & Oliver experienced a turning point when the new generation of the family left Cuba for the Dominican Republic.
