Founded in the 19th century in Havana, Oliver & Oliver has been able to perpetuate the Cuban tradition in the Dominican Republic after its exile. A specialist in long-maturing rums, she has created a refined cuvée with Quorhum to 23 years old, reflecting her know-how in blending and ageing.
Ageing in Solera
This molasses rum is made according to the Solera method, where younger rums are enriched by contact with older ones, some reaching 23 years old. This maturation process, combined with the use of French and American oak barrels, brings a beautiful aromatic complexity and great sweetness.
A gourmet aromatic palette
Its dark mahogany colour announces a rich and warm profile. The nose reveals aromas of pastries, while the palate opens with toasted and caramelized notes. Its subtle balance between intensity and sweetness makes it a refined tasting experience.

Quorhum
Originally, it was Juanillo Oliver who, in the nineteenth century, arrived in Cuba from Spain and founded a company of high quality rums and cigars. In 1963, Oliver & Oliver experienced a turning point when the new generation of the family left Cuba for the Dominican Republic.
