A rare and precious vintage

Each rum in the Exquisito range is the reflection of a unique harvest. This 1985 vintage, made in solera, incorporates some of the oldest rums from the distillery. Aged for a long time in a tropical climate, it expresses all the richness of Dominican know-how.

A refined and balanced aromatic profile

On the nose, this rum seduces with its gourmet notes of rum-raisin ice cream, dried fruits (fig, plum), brown sugar and coffee, all enhanced by a touch of leather. On the palate, the balance is remarkable between almond roasting, melted woodiness and sweet spices. The finish, long and persistent, evolves towards herbaceous nuances, leaving a delicate and sophisticated imprint.
