Careful ageing and unique know-how
Distilled in 1995 and bottled in 2018, the rums used in this blend benefit from prolonged ageing in a tropical climate. The solera method makes it possible to obtain a harmonious texture, where sweetness and aromatic complexity intertwine with finesse. The toasted American oak brings gourmet nuances of vanilla and coconut, characteristic of the house's rums.
A rum with bewitching aromas
The nose reveals a greedy woodiness, coated with blond caramel, vanilla and sweet spices. With aeration, notes of roasted nuts and red fruits appear, enriching the aromatic palette. On the palate, the attack is round and balanced, evolving towards woody and caramelized flavors. The finish, long and tasty, leaves a peppery and subtly roasted imprint.
