Cubaney Magnifico 12 years Solera
A preserved Cuban heritage
Originally founded in Cuba in the 1870s, Cubaney production was relocated to the Dominican Republic after the 1959 revolution. Thanks to a similar climate and the ancestral know-how of the Oliver family, the brand perpetuates the essence of great Cuban rums.
Ageing in Solera
This rum is aged for 12 years in oak barrels that have contained wine, according to the Solera method. This process ensures a gradual maturation, bringing roundness and depth to the aromas.
A balanced flavour profile
Its golden colour announces a delicately woody nose, where dried fruit and butterscotch mingle. On the palate, the greediness is fully expressed with flavours of toffee, caramel and flambéed banana. The finish, spicier, brings an additional touch of complexity.
Cubaney
Don Juanillo Oliver founded the Distillery cubaney the end of the 18th century in Cuba. It was only from 1870 that the distillery began to make rum, which was quickly a great success.
