In this case, the average aging of this limited-edition Captain's Choice in ex-bourbon casks is 23 years. In addition to this mixed aging process under the warm, Dominican sun, the rum underwent a second 4-month aging in Madeira barrels, while being transported abroad from the Dominican Republic to Amsterdam.

On the tongue, there is a clear fruity body, as well as Caribbean spices and cocoa of the highest quality.

The movement of the waves adds the exquisite taste that makes this rum one of a kind. This sweet, strong and full-bodied rum is a very limited edition.
