S.B.S Dominican Republic 2007 is a single cask rum with an outcome of 390 bottles only. The rum is from a Dominican distillery and is based on fresh cane juice. The rum has been distilled in a column still in 2007 and was bottled in our warehouse in Denmark in August 2020. The rum has matured in an ex-Bourbon barrel and received a Madeira wine finish. The rum was bottled at an ABV of 50% vol. As common practise for Single Barrel Selection rums, no chill filtration has been used.
