Long ageing for a unique aromatic richness

Thanks to its long rest in barrels, this rum develops an intense and harmonious aromatic palette, where the roundness of molasses blends with woody and roasted notes, testifying to the care taken in this exceptional cuvée.

A gourmet and structured rum

On the nose, a gourmet nougatine is fully expressed, accompanied by caramel, toasted nuts and a touch of vanilla and coconut. With aeration, the caramel takes over with a perfectly controlled intensity. On the palate, the soft and round attack evolves towards a toasted woodiness, releasing aromas of cocoa and black coffee. A coppery fruit paste brings an extra dimension, evoking the powerful character of Trinidad rums. The finish, long and smooth, prolongs the pleasure with a liquorice and vanilla molasses that lingers pleasantly on the lips.
