A pearl of the Alsatian Secret Distillery

Produced in the heart of the Vosges, the 2015 Pear Eau de Vie from the Wild Series range embodies traditional Alsatian know-how. The selected pears, full of flavours, have been sublimated by artisanal distillation. These years of rest give this eau-de-vie a unique texture and a perfect balance between freshness and greed. A true tribute to its terroir, it transports enthusiasts on a sensory walk in the heart of the mountains.

Infinitely rich aromas

The nose reveals a generous aromatic palette: fresh and overripe pears, sweet almond and pear candies. On the palate, the attack is lively with a bright pear, accompanied by mineral and slightly peppery notes. The honeyed roundness of the pear compote and syrup is gradually revealed, enriching the experience. The finish, fresh and saline, is reminiscent of pear sorbet and freshly squeezed juice, all sublimated by a touch of roasted pear.
