The Licorera Cihuatan distillery, the only distillery in El Salvador created in 1999 and equipped with a distillation column, distills and supervises aging. This blend is composed of liquids aged between 3 and 6 years in ex-Bourbon American oak barrels. Bottled in the Cognac region.
