With this cuvée limited to 600 bottles for France, Brewdog Distilling Co. asserts its know-how in the world of spirits. Produced entirely in Scotland, this expression is based on a five-day fermentation, combining distillers' yeast and red wine yeast, bringing complexity and depth.
Controlled and innovative ageing
Distilled twice in bulbous pot stills with moderate reflux, this rum is aged for six years in a cellar with a नियंत्रlé climate. The use of Oloroso, bourbon and Bordeaux red wine barrels promotes nuanced maturation. The gradual reduction of the alcohol content, the strength of the cask to 46%, preserves the aromatic balance.
Structured Flavour Profile
This rum reveals notes of gourmet caramel and ripe tropical fruits, enriched by nuances of dark berries. The whole is supported by a warm vanilla structure, offering a harmonious and persistent tasting.
