This famous Haitian brand, partnered with more than 3,000 growers, cultivates a single sugarcane variety: Madame MEVS, a Haitian hybrid with a rich and powerful aromatic profile. Since 1990, the production cycle has been optimized for consistent quality. The distillery is energy and water autonomous, and its rums mature in humid, cool aging houses at the heart of the Cul-de-Sac Plain.
