Delve into the heart of a tasting led by our team, exploring one of the oldest terroirs of Guadeloupe
Located on a former sugar estate dating from the late 18th century, the Bonne-Mère distillery has preserved its traditions while modernizing, to become one of the most important traditional rum production units in the Antilles.
With nearly 10,000 casks stored in its cellars, Distillerie Bonne-Mère produces rums of great depth, imbued with character and history. Julien will guide you through a commented tasting of the three flagship cuvées of the house, revealing the secrets of their elaboration, from the selection of raw materials to aging in oak casks.
