About This Tasting
In 1938 in Caracas, Alejandro Hernández and Luis Toro launched a rum aged in oak barrels. Pampero became the benchmark for rum across much of South America and the Caribbean. Their expertise relies on local sugarcane and triple distillation. The Pampero Aniversario Reserva Exclusiva, created for the distillery's 25th anniversary, is their flagship: a 4 to 6-year-old rum, just as enjoyable neat as it is in cocktails!
