A composition of rare richness

With Famille Ricci – Quintessence 2025, the house offers an ambitious creation based on 19 rums with complementary profiles. Among them: TDL 2000 (10%), TDL 2003 (5%), TDL 2008 (5%), Hampden H 2014 (8%), Nicaragua 2004 (8%), Australia 2007 (7%), Fourquare 5 Year Old (6%), Ten Cane 2012 (6%), Bielle 3 Year Old (6%), Long Pond 2004 (5%) and 2018 (4%), Belize 8 Year Old (5%), New Yarmouth 1994 (5%), as well as other components such as Grand Arôme 2023 (4%), Savanna HGA (4%), Bologne 3 years (4%) and white (2%), white Dok (3%) and white Rosemont (3%).

Multi-barrel production and ageing

Distilled in pot still and column still, these rums are aged in ex-bourbon, French oak and chestnut barrels, bringing structure and complexity. This diversity of wood makes it possible to enrich the aromatic palette while preserving the identity of each origin.

An evolving aromatic profile

The tasting highlights a great complexity with a controlled balance. The profile evolves between fruity and spicy notes, supported by a persistent gourmet framework. The whole offers a progressive reading, inviting us to explore the many facets of this assemblage.
