Our tasting notes for Fiji 13 years old

Nose : an elegant and resinous nose, the bouquet is reminiscent of juniper and sawdust, enhanced by white chocolate

Palate : the impressions are distinctly spicy and vegetal: fresh Sichuan pepper, juniper berries, which unmistakably remind the atypical nose

Finish : cinnamon, curry and cumin bring a soft, and yet vegetal, finish in the mouth

La Compagnie des Indes

Compagnie des Indes rums are made with care and elegance. The idea was born from the Portuguese, English, Dutch and French East India companies of the seventeenth and eighteenth centuries, which selected rare commodities from distant lands and imported them into their respective countries. Like the latter, we select the best qualities of rum and import them in France. Compagnie des Indes rums, whether bottled in Single Casks or assembled to bring out the typicality and qualities of each destination, are selected with great rigor.
