Swell de Spirits Gin from the Vine to the Ocean
A local creation between land and sea
The result of a passionate partnership between Swell de Spirits, Rodolphe Favereau and the 2 mers distillery, Gin de la Vigne à l'océan is much more than a spirit: it is a declaration of love to the heritage of the South-West. Distilled by hand in Gironde, it draws its identity from carefully selected ingredients: sauvignon blanc harvested from Bordeaux winegrowers, lemon zest, juniper, chamomile, verbena, seaweed (wild and cultivated) and oyster pepper.
A unique sensory profile
At the tasting, the aromatic freshness of Sauvignon Blanc leads the way with its floral and lemony notes. Then comes an iodized and subtle touch of seaweed, evoking the Atlantic and the Dune du Pilat. The finish, lively and peppery, is marked by the marine character of oyster pepper. Gin de la Vigne à l'océan can be enjoyed neat or in cocktails, offering an experience faithful to its territorial roots.

Established in 2021, Swell de Spirits is an independent family-owned bottler based in France. Michael and Kelly's international background, passion for travel, and appreciation for a good drink created the vision that gave birth to the Swell de Spirits brand.
