With Bajan, the house explores new aromatic territories by drawing direct inspiration from Barbados, the birthplace of grapefruit. This approach illustrates a constant desire to broaden the horizons of gin while maintaining a strong identity.
A botanical composition with tropical accents
Distilled by the sea, Citadelle Bajan is based on a classic base of juniper berry, the pillar of its balance. To this structure are added notes of grapefruit, bringing a characteristic liveliness, and hibiscus, which gives a floral and colorful dimension. The result is a refined gin, where freshness and intensity harmonize with precision, ideal for lovers of spirits with exotic influences.
