For this version Michael Landart and his team used a cask of Pedro Ximenez, a Spanish white wine grape variety whose reasons are dried in the sun before being vinified and then barreled. This gives very lictorious wines, usually accompanied by notes of candied fruit, dates, coffee and many others ... The spices contained in the MACA combine beautifully with the notes left in this barrel by the PX that the Maria Locca team has personally sleselected in Montilla Morilles, cradle of this grape variety, to give you the best.
