This rum is then rested in amplore for 5 months and 1 additional month in stainless steel vats. Bottled at 56%, this rum is composed of an ester level greater than 530gr/HLAP (gram / hectolitre of pure alcohol). We could consider it as a Jamaican rum with an HLCF mark (500 to 700 gr/HLAP).

Limited edition of 90 pieces and decorated by hand.
