Remarkable balance, it shows at the same time finesse and a lot of aromatic precision. Proud of its Norman origins, the first nose makes us breathe apple scents. Then, it gradually becomes liquorice, herbaceous (juniper) and peppery. Full of dynamism, the attack in the mouth is floral (apple trees in bloom) and fruity (raspberry, blackcurrant). The aftertaste offers to savor apple wedges. The retro olfaction is gourmet (apple pie, quince jelly).
