Old Manada Rum Gold
A rum steeped in history
Created in Marseille in 1897, the Old Manada quickly established itself as a reference, winning the Grand Prix of the Colonial Exhibition of 1906. Fallen into oblivion, it has been resurrected by the House Ferroni, which perpetuates its heritage by refining this rum in Provence, in its cellars.
Refining in Cognac barrels
This Gold version benefits from careful aging in barrels that have contained Cognac. This process gives it a beautiful roundness and a subtle woody touch, which sublimates the natural freshness of the sugar cane. On the palate, the delicate aromas develop with finesse, offering a balanced and refined tasting.
Old Manana de Marseille
OLD MANADA RUM , the rum with the head of a cat, founded in Marseille in 1897. Cristal Limiñana is a company founded in 1884. Specializing in aniseed, it is gradually expanding its range of spirits. In 2013, the great-granddaughter of the founder, Maristella Vasserot Limiñana, took over the reins of the company. She found at the back of the factory a stock of OLD MANADA RUM labels.
