An authentic and local recipe

This arranged rum is made with carefully selected ingredients: citron harvested in Barrettali and San Giuliano, ginger, as well as a homemade syrup made from organic cane sugar. The whole thing rests in an agricultural rum from the French West Indies, enriched with local spring water from the hamlet of Torra. Each bottle expresses the artisanal know-how and heritage of Cap Corse.

A subtle balance between freshness and spices

To the eye, its almost transparent colour with yellow-green reflections announces a refined tasting. The bewitching nose reveals a vegetal sweetness before giving way, on the palate, to a balanced alliance between the delicate bitterness of the citron and the peppery warmth of the ginger. A harmonious finish prolongs this refreshing and slightly sweet experience.
