It is the favorite maceration of whisky lovers who also appreciate rum or who wish to access it. Our tasting notes for Rum Punch Apple Ginger

Nose : Nez nettement marqué par le gingembre frais, une touche presque agrume, mentholée, l'accompagne. En second plan, la pomme se révèle être discrète mais néanmoins présente et gourmande. Elle confère à cet ensemble une belle empreinte fruitée.

Palate : Cette macération est à considérer presque comme un spicy revu et corrigé par les Rhums de Ced'. Le juste dosage de cet épice (en bouche plutôt confit), mêlé à la vanille bourbon, apporte un vrai plus à cette pomme qui elle-même est parfaitement intégrée.
