Les Rhums de Ced Rum Punch Apple Ginger

The apples are produced on the land next to Cédric Brement's workshop, in the commune of Saint Aignan de Grandlieu. It is the favorite maceration of whisky lovers who also appreciate rum or who wish to access it. The apple caramelizes the rum like tatin and gives an interesting balance with the spicy and peppery side of ginger.

Our tasting notes for Rum Punch Apple Ginger

Nose : Nez nettement marqué par le gingembre frais, une touche presque agrume, mentholée, l'accompagne. En second plan, la pomme se révèle être discrète mais néanmoins présente et gourmande. Elle confère à cet ensemble une belle empreinte fruitée.

Palate : Cette macération est à considérer presque comme un spicy revu et corrigé par les Rhums de Ced'. Le juste dosage de cet épice (en bouche plutôt confit), mêlé à la vanille bourbon, apporte un vrai plus à cette pomme qui elle-même est parfaitement intégrée.
