An original creation at the crossroads of traditions

The Cuvée Marie-Thérèse is the result of a subtle blend of three old rums, aged 3 to 5 years, made from pure Caribbean juice and molasses from Central America. Made by Guillaume de Roany, this blend is refined in barrels that have contained Armagnac, bringing richness and complexity to the whole. Its young and dynamic profile makes it a cuvée that is both accessible and structured, driven by a dominance of pure rums.

A fresh, fruity and elegant flavour profile

On the nose, the rum opens with greedy aromas of yellow fruits and honey, enriched by a floral touch and a vegetal freshness typical of agricultural rums. The palate reveals a silky texture, marked by nuts, vanilla and a liveliness carried by lively tannins. The finish, persistent, evokes white-fleshed fruits, especially vine peach. A balanced cuvée, with a singular aromatic signature.
