A harmonious and subtle tasting

Its golden colour with amber reflections announces a rich nose, dominated by wood butter, candied citrus fruits and blackberry. On the palate, the supple texture reveals notes of apricot and stewed fruit, offering a perfect balance between power and sweetness. In a 5 cl mignonette format, this rum goes beautifully with a creamy cheese or an exotic dessert such as the Tourment d'Amour with guava.
