This combination influences its aromatic richness and fruity profile. Bottled at 62.2°, this spirit highlights the distillery's know-how and the interest of ageing in specific barrels. Production is limited to 3000 bottles, reinforcing its appeal for lovers of agricultural rum and exclusive series.

Tasting notes

The nose is soft, marked by delicate fruit. The palate is rich, with notes of dates and figs. The palate reveals a fresher dimension, supported by nuances of grapes. Recommended dry or in old Ti.
