The powerful nose of this rum of character offers the attack notes of dry spices, nutmeg and cinnamon, then the second nose aromas of coconut and ripe banana.
The palate is straight, structured and tannic, of great length with a brown sugar finish.

Karukera

The particularity of Karukera rum is that it is made only from blue cane. Blue cane or B69.566 is a variety of sugar cane (native to Barbados).
